The appliance repair fee covers you against the cost of the call out, evaluation, labour & parts (if required), full testing, a professional safety check and VAT. The price we quote is the price you pay…

We can repair a wide range of gas appliances including cookers, ovens and hobs. If you have a gas fuelled kitchen appliance that needs repairing, rest assured, all our gas appliance engineers are highly trained and certified to Gas Safe Standards.

We accept Paypal, cash & most major credit & debit cards.

We can arrange for our service engineer to call out on the 2nd working day following your repair booking. The engineer will visit between the hours of 8am and 6pm & we do conduct repairs over weekends.

In the event that your appliance is deemed to be beyond economical repair, we will not charge you at all, however you may choose to change your mind if it can be repired, then we charge you a min. call out fee of 90$~120$ based upon your location.

We aim to repair all kitchen appliances, but the manufacturer, appliance type, model and age will have a major influence on whether we can promptly obtain replacement part(s) and ultimately complete the repair.

We stock parts for most brands and normally within 1 working day of it's initial call out, our service engineer will order the part(s) and subject to availability, we will source this to him, within 2 working days. He will then contact you to arrange a suitable date to fit the part(s) and complete the repair.

The repair is guaranteed to cover the initial fault for 90 days.

We exclude commercial appliances, domestic appliances installed in commercial premises and appliances situated in caravans or on boats.

Yes, we are fully insured for on-site repairs, your assets are 100% protected while we are working.
